How Chances Works With Its Partner Schools

It’s sometimes difficult to imagine how we could help; in essence, it all starts with a phone call. During this call, we can explore the individual needs of your student and together design a bespoke package to suit, which can then be dynamically adapted as the student’s journey progresses to include more or less support.

Our hybrid approach utilises the best of both disciplines, teaching staff for school-based provision and youth work staff for outreach and support in schools for transition or group settings in school. We work alongside our partner schools to ensure the work set is relevant and hold regular review meetings to ensure your students are aware they are still very much part of your school. At Chances communication is very important to us and we ensure that everything we do during the student’s journey we do together!

You can be reassured that your student will be well cared for and will make excellent progress with us. We deliver our services from a purpose-built youth centre in Dawlish, South Devon. A high number of schools from the South Hams, Exeter and West Devon currently use our services and we believe good working relationships ultimately create the best outcomes for your students.
